This process applies to PNG SMEs who bank with BSP Financial Group Ltd who would like to receive payments through BSP Pay using the OdiL mobile app.
1. Become a BSP Pay merchant
Click here to register your business or company as a BSP Pay merchant. Download our guide to get started quickly.
2. Register your OdiL account
Download the OdiL mobile app from the Google Play Store and install it on your Android smartphone. Create your OdiL account.
3. Request OdiL merchant feature
Email the OdiL team at odil@odil.space to request activation of merchant features on your account. Be sure to include the following in your email: [1] The email address used to register with OdiL [2] Copy of your valid IPA certificate [3] Optional: Your business or company logo [4] Email confirmation from BSP verifying your status as a BSP Pay merchant.
4. Set your BSP Pay Merchant API key
Once you have access to OdiL merchant feature go to Profile and set your BSP Pay merchant API key in the field provided.
5. Generate QR code for an amount
Enter an amount and generate a QR code for it. Show this QR code to your customer or download the QR code image and send to your customer via email, WhatsApp, etc…
6. Customer scans QR code
Customer scan QR code using the OdiL app through camera scan or scan from gallery and completes payment with BSP Pay.
